Meet Julien, the heart and soul of our brasserie. Not only is he the chef, but he's also the proud new owner. Julien's culinary journey began in the heart of France, where he, like most French people, developed a passion for food and cuisine from an early age. He spent weekends cooking with his beloved grandmother, making everything from bread and pies to jam in the summertime. This connection to family and food is a cherished part of French culture.

In Australia, Julien's passion led him to a 7-year adventure in the diverse world of hospitality, where he worked in various roles across many restaurants in Sydney. Today, his experiences from both sides of the globe come together to create the unique culinary experience you'll find at our brasserie.
